Where to start: your pillow ships full, since it's easier to take fill out than to guess how much to put back. Remove a handful at a time, then sleep on that height for two nights before changing it again. Keep the extra fill, you can always go back up.

Where is your premium foam from?

Is your adjustable pillow firm?
That's up to you. More fill makes it firmer and taller; less makes it softer and lower. Shredded foam doesn't push back as one solid block the way a molded pillow does — it shifts to match the shape of your head and neck, so it feels supportive without feeling stiff.
Will your adjustable pillow go flat?
Shredded foam compresses over time the way all foam does, but this pillow is built for it. Extra fill comes in the box, so when it starts sitting lower than you like, you top it back up instead of replacing the pillow.
Does the adjustable pillow sleep hot?
The fill is gel-infused, and because it's shredded rather than solid, air moves through the gaps between the clusters instead of getting trapped. Fluffing it before bed opens those gaps back up and helps it sleep cooler.
Does it have an odor?
New foam can have a faint scent when you first open the packaging. Unzip the cover and let it air out for a day or two and it clears. It isn't harmful, just the smell of foam that's been sealed in a bag.
How much fill should I use?
It ships full, which suits most side sleepers and anyone with broader shoulders. Back sleepers usually want a bit less; stomach sleepers usually want considerably less. Remove a handful at a time and sleep on each height for two nights before adjusting again, your neck needs a night or two to tell you the truth.
